How to Configure Laser Printer in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


Laser printing is an electrostatic digital printing process. SwilERP software also has a feature where users can print their bills through the Laser printer. This article will discuss how to take a printout of a sale bill from Laser Pinter. Follow the below-given steps to know the process:

First, start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Sales menu > Sales Invoice option.

  1. After that Sales Invoice window will appear on the next slide.

  1. After filling in all the required details, I will take the printout of this created sales bill through the Laser printer.
  2. Now go to the View section.
  3. Select the Print Options tab, and a new window will open.

  1. Select Laser printer option.
  2. And select the Print Setup option.

  1. After clicking on the Print Setup option, below given window will appear.
  2. Select the Printer here and tick mark in Print to File option.
  3. You can select the Page Range as per the requirement.
  4. Now click on the Print option, and this window will be closed.

  1. If you want these selected parameters will apply to print for all sales bills, then click on the "OK" button in the Print Option window.
