Swil Admin Controls
Swil admin allows users to control software master data and grant user rights through the admin portal.

Data Backup (Auto/Manually)
Backup is the process of creating copies of data to safeguard against loss or corruption. It is vital for businesses as data loss can be detrimental. SwilERP offers two methods for data backup: manual and scheduled automated backup.
Restore Data Backup in Software
Backup is the process of creating a copy of the data on your system that you use for recovery in case your original information is lost or corrupted. With SwilERP, you can easily take data backup and save it to your system or drive.
User Controls
User Role: This option allows users to control user roles within the software, enabling restrictions on multiple functionalities for specific users.

Transaction Rights: With this option, you can give sales & purchase rights to the user. Following are the options in which you can give user rights:

Recover Deleted Bills
With this option, users can easily recover deleted bills if the invoices are mismatched or deleted by mistake.
Lock Sales/ Purchase Transaction Data
Lock Date means the date after which you can no longer edit the transaction against or where any positions related to an invoice may no longer be edited. In SwilERP you can lock sale & purchase both transactions.
With this feature, you can record all transactions and track any changes made or modifications. In SwilERP software, the audit trail feature has been added to record all your edited transactions and track the records for the same.

This option enables users to take transaction backups and restore them into the software for data recovery.
Transaction Status Reports
SwilERP software has the feature to view all transaction status reports at the end of the day. With this option, users easily view invoice status as follows:
- Invoice updating status
- Modification date & time
- Transaction name
- Entry date and more details.
Daily Reports
Sales daily reports provide day-by-day transaction details to users. In which they can view all the day end data of transactions.
Lock MRP/Product/Customer
With the "lock detail" option, users can restrict the sale of specific items such as MRP, products, or customers during sales transactions. By setting locks on these details, such as MRP greater than 120 rupees for a particular product, the system prevents selling that product at a price exceeding the specified limit. Similarly, users can lock individual products or customers to control sales and enforce customized restrictions within the software.
Security Setting in System Default
In the system default section, users have the ability to modify security settings. This option assigns users to edit rights based on their specific needs, allowing them to customize access and permissions to their requirements for enhanced system security and control.
Payment Counter
This feature allows users on a billing system to enter their closing balance when their shift ends. Upon logging out, a pop-up window prompts them to input the closing balance. The entered balance then serves as the opening balance displayed to the next user upon login.
Discount Controls
Users can control the access discount in software. With this option, you can check the access discount details in the daily summary report by setting parameters on it. Options are as follows:
- Sales bill having excess discount % >= [ ]
- Sales bills having different rates
- Sales bills having other adjustment
- Sales bills having different scheme [i.e. Excess, Short or Both]
- Sales bills having discount/scheme (not in master)
- Sales bills having zero rate
- Sales bills having sale rate < net rate
You can view the details in report by selecting above given parameters.
- Add or Less Discount options: In product master, you can add or less discount on particular product while doing sales billing. For example, user create a discount master for marketing company or category. If they want to add a separate discount on the product, you can add it in the product master window.
